Double Fudge Torte - A very rich chocolate cake made with bittersweet chocolate and walnuts, finished with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Napoleon Torte - 3 layers of puff pastry filled with pastry cream and finished with fondant icing or fresh fruit.

German Chocolate Cake -
3 layers of moist chocolate cake filled with a nutty coconut creamy filling and finished with chocolate buttercream.

Decadent Angel Torte - A very rich gooey cake made with white chocolate and lots of almonds. The white chocolate gives a first-bite impression of butterscotch. This torte is finished with vanilla whipped cream, shaved white chocolate and toasted almonds.

White Truffle Torte - (Bar Form) Layers of almond pastry filled with a white truffle filling - served with melba sauce.

Carrot Cake - A moist carrot cake with a cream cheese filling and finished with rich cream cheese icing.
  Latté Torte - Layers of chocolate cake flavored with mocha hazelnut and filled with layers of hazelnut cream, topped with dollops of cream and drizzled hazelnut.

Lemon Flan - Lemon custard baked in a cookie dough crust.

Linzer Torte - Two layers of rich cookie dough with ground nuts and cinnamon, filled with raspberry preserves.

Carmel-Walnut Torte - A thin layer of cookie dough pastry baked in a flan pan with a caramel walnut filling. This is for the caramel lover - and goes well with a dollop of whipped cream or scoop of ice cream.
