Cucumber, cream cheese & chive, potted shrimp

A traditional Middle East pasta, delicately seasoned with curry powder,
garnished with brunoise vegetables and currants

Ratatouille
Hearty vegetable stew, traditionally made with chunky vegetables and tomatoes
seasoned with fresh garlic & basil

Scallops With Leeks & Carrots
Sautéed sea scallops, enhanced with a delicate Dijon mustard sauce

Moussaka
Casserole dish with layers of potato, eggplant, & lamb, seasoned
with a blend of cinnamon, oregano, parmesan cheese, finished with a layer of yogurt custard

Dessert Truffles
Chocolate gnoche & hazelnut filled, enrobed in semi sweet chocolate
